Raw White Honey: is distinguished by its rarity and its superior therapeutic value, as bees extract it from more than 70 species of rare wild mountain flowers that bloom in the winter, some of which germinate for 24 days in the heads of the high mountains of the western regions of Yemen at altitudes of more than 3,500 meters above sea level, where the environment is clean and the soil is pure free from any form of pollution. It’s thick in texture and intensely floral in taste and aroma. It contains nutritional fibers, vitamins, and minerals.
